Dimapur, April 1 (MExN): The Nagaland Home Guards Service Association (NHGSA) held its 13th general session at Central Training Institute (CTI), Toluvi, Dimapur on March 31. 

A DIPR report stated that the Deputy Commandant General, Home Guards, Civil Defence & SDRF Nagaland, Medozhalie Pienyu, while gracing the session as the special invitee, highlighted the various challenges faced by the department during the pandemic and appreciated the members for their tremendous efforts He spoke on the importance of self-discipline and said all members should endeavour to leave behind a legacy to be cherished. 

During the business hour, various issues concerning the welfare of the Association were deliberated. A new team of office-bearers of NHGSA for the Session 2022-2025 was also selected with Avinuo as the President, Ngongvai Phom as vice-president, and Sinlo Khing as the general secretary among others.
