Dimapur, February 20 (MExN): Naga Women Hoho Dimapur is organising a rally on 'sanitation program' sponsored by PHED on February 21 at 8:00 am starting from Delux Point to City Tower. We would like to request all GBs from every colony, members of Naga Council and DNSU and all citizens of Dimapur to join the rally positively. NWHD also requests the authority concerned to submit the forensic report of Nukshila's murder case at the earliest. AR apprehends 3 NSCN (IM) cadres
Peren, February 20 (MExN): The 18 Assam Rifles alongwith Nagaland Police at Jalukie town arrested on February 18 in possession of contraband items. A press note from the PRO informed that the apprehended cadres gave out their identity as Pvt Horngam (28), Pvt Kito (29) and Pvt Heketo. The apprehended cadres and recovered items were later handed over to Police Station Jalukie.
GHS Thetsumi inauguration today
Kohima, February 20 (MExN): The inauguration of the Government High School, Thetsumi and VDB Multi Purpose Building, Thetsumi will take place on January 21. Minister for youth resource and sports Merentoshi R. Jamir will grace the occasion as the chief guest while Mmhonlumo Kikon, chairman MARCOFED will be the guest of honour. School education director Zaveyi Nyekha will speak on behalf of education department.
USGOU meeting rescheduled to Feb 22
KOHIMA, FEBRUARY 20 (MExN): The United Sangtam Gazetted Officers Union stationed at Kohima and Dimapur are hereby notified that the emergency meeting which was scheduled to be held on November 8, 2013 has been rescheduled to February 22, 2014 at DUDA guest house, Kohima. All executive members and officers concerned have been urged to attend the meeting without fail.

Kohima, February 20 (MExN): The Chakhesang Hoho Kohima informed all concerned that a meeting of the Chakhesang residing in Kohima is convened on February 23 at Jubilee Hall Chakhesang Baptist Church Kitsubozou right after the Sunday service. All the Chakhesang village unions Kohima have been requested to send two representatives to the meeting. Further, Chakhesang Public Organisation, Chakhesang Student’s Union, Chakhesang Youth Front, Chakhesang Students Union Kohima, Chakhesang Service Association officials have also been requested to attend the meeting. In addition all the different church denominations have been requested to send two representatives to attend the meeting. It is also informed that all the Chakhesang Gazetted Officers and concerned citizens to attend the meeting without fail.
