DIMAPUR, NOVEMBER 15 (MExN): The BCCI Level-1 Umpires Course for NE States is being held in Imphal from November 13 to 16. The event is being held under umpire coaches, Bhoopinder Singh Bhatti and Vilas Bandiwdekar, both retired International umpires. The Nagaland Cricket Association (NCA) is being represented by Angto V Yeptho, Sashimeren, Vhunsenlo Kippen, Ato Chang and Rajesh Mandol.
