New GPS Building at Moayimti inaugurated

Mokokchung, January 31 (DIPR): The new Government Primary School building at Moayimti village under Mokokchung District was inaugurated on January 29 by Additional Chief Secretary & Development Commissioner Nagaland, Alemtemshi.
Speaking on the occasion, the chief guest lauded the Moayimti villagers for their tireless efforts and contribution towards building of the Primary School in the village. He also mentioned that since Tsurangkong Range has a vast area of land for cultivation, farmers must try to make themselves economically sound by implementing new methods in the process of farming.
It may be mentioned that the Government Primary School at Moayimti, which was set up way back in 1966 has now been reconstructed with an expenditure of ` 11,13,500/ and is one of the best school building in the Range. During the inaugural programme, dedicatory prayer was pronounced by the Ao Baptist Church Council (ABAM) Literature Secretary, Rev. C. Walu Walling.
