CBCK fathers camp from June 8-10

Kohima, June 7 (MExN): The Chakhesang Baptist Church Kohima will be holding a three day long fathers camp from June 8 at Mount Tabor Kohima under the theme “Let us build our home”. On June 8, the campers will depart from the church premises at 3:00 PM. Gospel service will take place from 6:30 to 8:00 PM with Rev. Dr. Kevekhalo Lasuh as speaker. The service will be led by Medovilie Ladu. The programme will go on till June 10.  

DDGBA executive meet

Dimapur, June 7 (MExN): Dimapur District GB Association (DDGBA) has convened executive meeting on June 9 at its office near green Park Junction at 10:00 am. All the units Presidents and Secretaries are requested to attend the meeting. It is also requested to bring their membership fees.  

GBs informed to collect commission for house tax

Kohima, June 7 (MExN): EAC Kohima Sadar, C. Wangan has informed all the Gaon Buras (GBs) under Kohima Sadar Administrative Circle (KMC area and Kohima/ Chedema/ Chedema Model Village) and Kezocha Administrative Circle who have submitted the Annual House Tax for the year 2017-18 to personally collect their commission from the office of the Deputy Commissioner, Kohima during office hours.  

Meet on Committee on govt assurances

Kohima, June 7 (MExN): MLA Chotisuh Sazo, and chairman of the Committee on Government Assurances (2018-2019) has fixed its first introductory meeting and adoption of the 92nd Main Report and 93rd & 94th Action Taken Reports of the Committee on Government Assurances (2018-2019) on June 15 at 11:30 AM in the Committee Room of Assembly Secretariat, Kohima. All the members of the Committee on Government Assurances have been requested to make it convenient to attend the said meeting positively.  

AR pays homage to martyr

Wokha, June 7 (MExN): Wokha Battalion of Assam Rifles under the aegis of HQ IGAR (North) paid tribute and laid wreath to martyr, No 4369967L, Naik Amos Lotha of 14 ASSAM REGT at his residence, Yikhum Village on June 5. The event was attended by one officer, one Junior Commissioned Officer and 20 other ranks in the presence of 30 civil dignitaries and village GBs from nearby villages.  

Technical education notifies

Kohima, June 7 (MExN): Director, Technical Education, Er. Arjun Singh in a notification informed that in supersession of earlier Notification of Even NO. DTE/ESTT-2/12/2018 Dated Kohima, the 29th May 2018, the last date for submission of required documents for NSEE viz; Mark Sheet, Indigenous Tribe Certificate and Backward Tribe Certificate, to the undersigned has been extended to 12th June 2018. Failing to submit the same shall forfeit their candidature.
