Student unions greet teachers Dimapur, September 4 (MExN): Dimapur Rengma Students' Union (DRSU) and Dimapur Bengali Students’ Union (DBSU) have greeted teachers on the occasion of Teacher’s Day. “We remain forever grateful to you (teachers) and your radical patience in educating and nurturing us so that we could embrace our future with confidence,” a press release from Tenyebinlo Himb, DRSU president read. “We live in a world where everything is advancing and growing so rapidly yet the love and care shown to us will remain for eternity.” The union prayed and hoped that there will be no hesitation from the teachers’ end in imparting continuous quality education to the students. In a separate press release, DBSU extended greetings to all the teachers “who have and are toiling continuously towards building sustainable societies by educating and inspiring young curious minds.” The union acknowledged the “un-repayable contributions and sacrifices of the teachers” and wished them happy Teacher’s Day. KSUD membership & registration fee Dimapur, September 4 (MExN): Khiamniungan Students’ Union Dimapur (KSUD) has started its annual membership enrollment and registration fee collection for the academic year 2017 for the entire Khiamniungan students studying within Dimapur district for proper students’ census.
