Digitization of DL, vehicle registration
Kohima, November 22 (DIPR): Transport Department in a notification has informed that non-digitised vehicle registrations and driving licenses (Sarathi & Vahan) are to be digitized on or before April 30, 2018 failing which the same shall be nullified.
ID cards for media persons
Kohima, November 22 (DIPR): With regard to the visit of the President of India to Nagaland w.e.f. November 30 to December 1, 2017, there will be photography session for issue of photo ID cards for personnel on duty w.e.f. November 23 from 10:00 am at Room No. 326, PHQ, Kohima. In this connection, media persons wishing to cover the event have been informed to forward their names and particulars to the Office of the DIPR, in written, at the earliest for onward submission to PHQ.

Sakhi - One Stop Centre to be inaugurated
Kohima, November 22 (DIPR): Sakhi-One Stop Centre, Kohima will be inaugurated in the premises of the Directorate of Social Welfare on the occasion of International Day for the elimination of Violence against Women. The programme will be held on November 25, 1:00 pm. Parliamentary Secretary for Social Welfare, Merentoshi R. Jamir will be the chief guest on the occasion.
