Maligaon, August 1 (MExN): Northeast Frontier Railway Sports Association (NFRSA) won 8 medals in the recently concluded 43rd All Assam Inter District (Junior Girls & Junior Boys) and Elite (Men &Women) Boxing Championship held in Guwahati from July 25 to 29. The championship was organised by Ulubari Boxing Club, Guwahati, Assam.
NFRSA academy players got medals in different weight categories. Gourav Mazumdar in 51 kg and Pranta Jyoti Ghatowar in 60 kg weight category Elite (Men) won gold medals. Arfin Ali in 48 kg and Bikash Lama in 67 kg weight category Elite (Men) won silver medals. Abhoy Chetri in 63 kg and Abhishek Pandey in 80 kg weight category Elite (Men) won bronze medals. B. Prabin won Silver Medal in 48 kg weight category Junior Boys and Shreya Chakraborty won Bronze Medal in 52 kg weight category Junior Girls.
