Despite this pole lying bent for nearly a year, nobody really knows who is responsible for rectifying this. The pole is held on by a finger sized wire that is perhaps the electrical wire used to light the street lights. This picture taken in early January is supposed to be of a high tension electrical wire meant for the street lights which have also become ‘history’ now as dark roads welcome Dimapur citizens, especially during load shedding.
