OHCP Kohima adopt roster system for distribution of essential commodities

Beneficiaries maintain social distancing during distribution of essential commodities at Officers’ Hill, Kohima on March 28.

Kohima, March 30 (MExN): The Officers' Hill Colony Panchayat Kohima  informed  all the beneficiaries of FPS M/s V. Solo that with the outbreak of Corona virus and directives received from the district administration against social/public gatherings, the issuing of rice and other commodities will be limited and distributed in roster system along with specific timings.

There is no reason to panic as all the beneficiaries will receive their share according to the roster dates allotted, informed OHCP chairman Khrielakuo Sekhose.

Several beneficiaries availed the essential commodities on March 29.

On March 30, the ration card holders Sl.No 171- 260 have been asked to get the essential commodities from 9:00 AM till 12:00 noon and ration card holders Sl.No 261 - 356 from 12:30 till 4:00 PM.

Do’s and Dont’s

• Always wear mask during the time of your stay in and around Fair Price Shop (FPS).
• Stay atleast a meter distance away from each other.
• Hand sanitizers shall be available for all the beneficiaries to use.
• Avoid crowding/mass gathering at the distribution site and please follow the marked circle allotted for each beneficiaries.
