DIMAPUR, NOVEMBER 5 (MExN): The People for Democratic Rights (PDR) today clarified that its press statement dated November 4, 2018 had “mistakenly mentioned that the daughter of a former Commissioner & Secretary, Tourism and currently Commissioner & Secretary, Sericulture recently cleared the NPSC 2017 exam as Assistant Archivist in the Department of Art & Culture.” A press note from the PDR media and publicity affairs said that “the daughter of the officer cleared NPSC as Research Assistant under Administrative Training Institute and not as published.” “PDR expresses regret for the mistake and apologizes to the person concerned who cleared the NPSC exam as Assistant Archivist in the Department of Art & Culture. The Department of Art & Culture and the NPSC may also take note of this clarification,” it added.
