PHEK, AUGUST 27 (MExN): The 34th Nagaland State Taekwondo Championship 2024 will be held in Phek Town from September 2-3. Hosted by the Phek District Taekwondo Association and organized in collaboration with the Nagaland Taekwondo Association and the Department of Youth Resource and Sports, the event will feature 343 participants from 12 districts namely Kohima, Dimapur, Chümoukedima, Wokha, Shamator, Phek, Kiphire, Mokokchung, Nuiland, Noklak, Peren and Tuensang.
The Department of youth resources & sports team will be also taking part in the championship meet in various divisions.
Informing this, Media Committee, PDTA said the championship will be graced by KG Kenye, Minister for Power & Parliamentary Affairs, as the chief guest, while Kuzholuzo(Azo) Nienu, MLA & Leader of NPFLP, NLA will be the guest of honour.
Deputy Commissioner & Member Secretary Phek District Olympic Association, John Tsulise Sangtam, will be the valedictory guest.
