•-The Indian Sub-Continent is a hotbed for rape, murder. The lives of our women/girls are always in fear. Rape and murder has become like an incurable epidemic. Our womenfolk cannot move freely because this fear and lurking danger. But the government has turned a deaf ear remaining mute spectators. There appears to be no safeguard or preventive measures to tackle this menace.
Rapist it seems does not fear anything except castration. One American (USA) Evangelist said-“When a person has been found guilty of rap, he should be ‘castrated’ that would stop him pretty quick”. Governments are not prepared to apply such suggestion and instead there is hesitation, leniency and slackness. Thus rape and murder continues unabated. The suggestion of castrating rapists could be the solution to our problem.
