Kohima, November 16 (MExN): Office of the Principal Accountant General (A&E) in a press release has informed all retired State Government Officers/Officials that pension and GPF final payment cases settled for the month of October 2018 with date of dispatch/date of handing over to Nodal Officer of concerned Departments have been uploaded on the PAG Nagaland website. Pensioners may log on to Office web-site at www.agnagaland.gov.in by clicking at Felicitation and PENSION or GPF Felicitation. The list has also been put up for display at the Public Relation Cell and can be viewed on any working days during Office Hours.
All State Government Officials are also informed that a “Grievance Redressal and Feedback Committee for Entitlement Functions” has been constituted with the following members: Joseph K A , Sr. Accounts Officer (9436216580), e-mail: agaenagaland@cag.gov.in (for Pension related matters); Arup Roy, Sr. Accounts Officer (9436601437), e-mail: agaenagaland@cag.gov.in (for Gazetted Entitlement matters); Akum Chuba, Sr. Accounts Officer (9436005112), e-mail: agaenagaland@cag.gov.in (for GPF related matters)
Aggrieved Pensioners or Government officials facing genuine problems with regard to settlement of any entitlement benefits are requested once again to write directly to the Deputy Accountant General (A&E) Kahoto J Yepthomi via e-mail at kahoto_j@yahoo.co.in or agaenagaland@cag.gov.in or through a handwritten letter. They may also contact the Grievance Redressal and Feedback Committee.
Further all Heads of the Departments are requested to forward pension cases after MACP are granted wherever applicable, so that inconveniences of revising the pension again at the later stage is avoided.
Public interview will be observed in all other days except Wednesday. Interview timing will be 11.00 am to 1.30 pm.
