Zunheboto, November 5 (MExN): Sub Divisional Planning & Development Board Pughoboto meeting was held under the chairmanship of SDPDB Chairman and MLA, Y Vikheho Swu at the ADC office Pughoboto on November 3. SDO Civil, Tiayanger Jamir reviewed the last meeting minutes. EAC Nuhuta highlighted on the clean Pughoboto committee and asked the officers who have not submitted to submit the verification report on before November 7, a DIPR release stated. SDO Civil said Governor of Nagaland will be coming for the 4th edition of Thuwu-Ni festival which will be held from November 15- 18. MLA said that Thuwu-Ni festival is for the economic progress in different areas such as music, sports and indigenous. “The most important is connecting the villages for economic growth in the division,” he added. He said two awards will be given during the mega event for highest harvest village and individual harvest award. He further said that after the Thuwu-Ni festival a group of people will be send for the Thuwu-Ni tour to the meat production center, Guwahati in January and to the cleanest village in Asia, Mawlynnong, Shillong. The house also agreed to conduct ministerial staff training next month.
