•-The systemization of Naga village administration. The villages are the root of nation to build a nation, people have to build the village through the persons call for the job. The Naga village chairman, village council members, gaon burahs (GBs) village development secretary (VDB) and church leaders are the main persons to build the villages. They are supposed to use the resources available within their reach. The resources are forest, land, water, sunlight, air, cleanliness, man power (Youth, talented professional experts, local scholars, senior citizens) government, genuine volunteer organization like church leaders and students leaders etc.
The village is like a kingdom having everything in it. The village chairman is the ruler or administrator with the support and co-operation of the citizens. The village chairman must be blameless, impeccable, integrity, far sighted understand the social problems and to reform through non- formal education. The village constitutes the board including women to monitor and evaluate the people programme. The activities and achievement report must be available to the administrative offices for necessary actions.
The best achievement of the village must be rewarded, because un-examined life is not worth living. Every village must have its own village history book available to the district administrative offices.
The village chairman, church and students organization of the village should organize seminar/ meeting inviting resources persons to give talk for the development of the village once in a year. It is necessary to maintain a suggestion box between the village authorities and union organizations outside the village. It is also necessary to review the village resolution passed by the village once in a year for necessary amendments. If the village administration ought to follow the procedure, the village administration will not hamper, rather it will function smoothly and successfully.
