A sales day program organised by the Self Help Groups under NSRLM (Ongpangkong North block) was held at Ungma village on July 7.
DIMAPUR, JULY 7 (MExN): A sales day program organised by the Self Help Groups under NSRLM (Ongpangkong North block) was held at Ungma village on July 7 with the objective to showcase the various products of the SHGs and for exploring more possibilities for better income generation.
Altogether 87 SHGs under 4 Village Level Organisation (VLO namely Lanlia, Jenangtsur, Salo and Nokshular participated in the sales day program. The guest of honour for the program was Toshimongla Kichu, DMM (NSRLM) & Project Director, DRDA Mokokchung. Other esteemed guests such as Yabangla, Project Officer, DRDA Mokokchung, Kazupokba, BDO, Ongpangkong North, Alice, BDO, Tsurangkong DRDA, Moatoshi, ADPM (NSRLM) Mokokchung and village council chairman of Ungma village were also present.
