Tuensang, August 2 (MExN): The Department of Physics, Sao Chang College (SCC), Tuensang and Department of History & Faculty of Physical Science, Government Degree College (GDC) Tripura jointly organized two-day online Student Development Programme on ‘development of students’ skill in learning’ on July 31 and August 1.
The resource persons were Professor Debabrata Debnath, Head, Department of Education, University of Gour Banga, West Bengal, Dr Pradipta Das, Assistant Professor, Department of Computer Science, Assam University, Silchar, Dr Haradhan Saha, Associate Professor, Institute of Advance Studies in Education, Agartala, Dr Mahua Acharjee, Assistant Professor, Department of Physics, MBB College, Agartala and Dr Suvadip Paul, Assistant Professor, Department of Mathematics, Ramthakur College, Agartala.
The topics they covered were design of an ideal project, programming in graphics mode, Assignment: an introduction and technical session covered a brief introduction of basic and few tips to enhance digital literacy of undergraduate student.
During the inaugural session, welcome speech was given by the Programme Convener, Abhijit Das, Assistant Professor, GDC Tripura. On behalf of SCC, Tuensang Akyuba Sangtam, Assistant Professor addressed the participants and on behalf of Government Degree College, Tripura it was done by Gautam Das, Principal Incharge. Vote of thanks was proposed by Dr Sujit Ranjan Das, Assistant Professor, GDC Tripura. The technical sessions concluded with the vote of thanks by Dr Suman Adhikari, Assistant Professor, GDC Tripura.
