CHÜMOUKEDIMA, AUGUST 27 (MExN): The Second Autumn Cup (35+) football tournament saw 13 clubs participating for the trophy. This tournament is organised by the Chümoukedima District Football Referee Board under the theme “Health First.”
In the 3rd quarter final, Auto Gallery Dimapur defeated Medziphema Village FC with 7 goals. The Auto Gallery will take on the Friends of Society Jalukie in the 1st semi final.
The 4th quarter final saw a tough contest between the Natak FC and Kuki Golngai FC. Though taking a 2 goal lead in the first half, the Natak FC failed to hold on to the advantage with the relentless KGFC attack.
The goal deficit was equalised in the 30th and 51 minute. The match went on to tie-breaker with the KGFC taking the win 4-3.
