SM Director General Assam Rifles maiden visit

Lieutenant General Sukhdeep Sangwan, SM Director General Assam Rifles, visited Kohima on August 23. On his maiden visit to the State as the Director General of the Elite Force, General Sangwan visited Headquarters IGAR (North) at Kohima and the Assam Rifles garrison at Chieswema where he reviewed the security situation. The Director General was briefed on the operational and administrative preparedness.
