Minister for Planning & Coordination and Land Revenue Neiba Kronu on Friday stressed on the need to sort out social issues and landowner problems for smooth execution of the developmental works in the state. He said that pitiable road condition and electricity are also responsible for not taking the industrial development forward. Kronu said this while addressing Yemshe cum mini hornbill festival at Meluri Public Ground. Kronu informed that he has been pressuring the BRO but to no avail. In this, he said the government has decided to hand over Kohima-Jessami road to National Highways and Infrastructure Development Corporation (NHIDCL).
