What should be the criteria for allocating election tickets?

Those who voted Party Loyalty had this to say:
•    Since it is party ticket.. one's loyalty come first.
•    Because these fools and jokers should learn a thing about loyalty and not only about money and power.
•    So that they do not run away eying the portfolio

Those who voted Mass Support had this to say:
•    Voters group is needed for victory.

Those who voted Others had this to say:
•    Party loyalty doesn't do much good, and mass support will means go ahead without a vision. So, what I am trying say is that election tickets should be given to the leaders those who have vision and goals for the people or for that purpose NAGALAND. It should be given to the person who knows where the world is heading so as to bring a change in our society, whether, political, developmental works, education, people well being, civic urban or rural etc. We need someone to lift us up and that would means who can really sacrifice and without being bias.  The present governing system in Nagaland, it is so frustrating to see the leaders. Let the people choose the leaders who wouldn't mind to risk even if His position means jeopardize if it is for the good of the citizens.
•    If the party wants to win the election, it must look at the electability of the candidate.
•    A loyalty to the organization is important as in political party, which shows the integrity of a person. Equally an important driving force of a leader is the mass support, which shows the faith of the people upon the leader. However, the most important quality in a leader is the ability to have vision for the society. Loyalty makes the organization intact and strong but that good thing ends there between the candidate and his party. Mass support gives the organization or a leader the strong base but the mass support could be due to various reasons, sometimes for selfish ends like money power that ends in short term satisfaction of the recipients. The worst scenario case is the use of intimidation. Frankly, Money power and Intimidation are sadly the tools employed by politicians that translates into their popular support from the electorates but never genuine mass support. Both party loyalty and mass support of a candidate do not guarantee substantial benefit of the society. Thus, party tickets should be given to the visionary persons. The question arises as to how many visionary leaders do we have in Nagaland?
•    Honesty and credibility of the candidate will surpass party loyalty and mass support.
•    "Let Justice rule" No Party befits the term "Loyalty" and therefore, Let the clear conscience rule, give chance to the public to choose.
•    From party point of view the most important is, ability to win then comes, can play to form government; after that, serve public very well.
