•-The Morung Express poll on 'the trust of present generation leaders' showed about 80% of the readers voted 'NO'(do not trust). If we don't trust, then we have to keep our words and never vote for them again in future elections. Only through that can we show our individual power and a warning to other upcoming candidates too. After all, they are in power because of us (voters) as we have elected them. The question here is, do you trust yourself??? If so, why vote for him? Or is it sheer innocence that casted your vote, which cannot be blamed for.
A few thousand rupees or, a few lakhs of money isn't going to last for the next five years. I bet I am absolutely right here. Can you and I not be greedy and selfish in the future elections?? Why not do a careful study of the candidates and accordingly vote. Let’s put up good and trustworthy people as our leader and give them our moral support and backing. Someone who will change the mindset of Nagas and people will say, 'truly indeed, Nagaland is a Christian state'.
