Intanki National Reserve Forest which is a land of the Government of Nagaland is been said to be reserve by the Government of Nagaland in the cabinet meeting held in Kohima.The Women Association of Inavi/Naga United Village will no longer bear the situation put upon the citizens of Nagaland where the eviction drive out by both the NSCN (IM) and the State Government is purely injustice to the knowledge of the common people. Since the cabinet decision was to preserve the whole Intanki irrespective of tribe/community. During the juncture the NSCN (IM) have directed upon the villagers to leave/vacate the place, also on 5th September 2009 at around 4:00 pm, the Youth of Beisumpuikam, encroached village have slaughter attempted the Inavi/Naga United Village with a dao while they were on the way to the village. And hence if the Government of Nagaland continues to keep on mum-spectator, then the Women Association is no longer to stopped its men’s and children fight for its right for the settlement of the Naga people in Nagaland.Because citizen of its land have ever right to settle in it’s land, and if we are barred from doing our right i.e., according to the 05/09/2009 directive order by NSCN (IM), which says, the Guwahati High Court and GPRN has no relation in this regard then the landless people have no place to enjoy its right. And if it is so, it is like the situation is forcing the public to begin civil war between the 14 Naga Tribal Settlers and the Beisumpuikam Villagers of the 14 Naga Tribe and then Zeliang People in general.
