Vanguard FC, New Market FC wins

Vanguard FC and New Market FC today registered win in their respective matches at the ongoing 2nd Kohima Football League 2018 here at Khuochiezie (Kohima Local Ground). In the first match of the day, Vanguard FC Tseminyu defeated Khriekesa FC Meriema 3-1. Vanguard FC gained a goal each through Mathew Kezhose in the 58th minute, Yhunshalo Kemp in the 64th minute through a spot kick conversion and Sinlo Kent in the 90+2nd minute. Ruokuovolie Phewhuo netted a lone goal for Khriekesa FC in the 44th minute. In the other match, New Market FC downed Twenty XI FC Viswema 1-0. The winning goal for New Market FC came through the boot of Salu Kulim in the 6th minute. Er.Atho-o Kesiezie from GIS department was the match patron of the day.
