Loyola HSS Jakhama, BM School Jotsoma wins

Loyola Higher Secondary School Jakhama and Baptist Mission School Jotsoma today registered win in their respective matches on day three of the ongoing 2nd Kohima District Inter School Football Tournament here at Khuochiezie (Kohima Local Ground).
In the first match of the day, Loyola Higher Secondary School Jakhama downed Mt.Hermon Higher Secondary School 2-0.
The winning goal for Loyola HSS came through Kevizayie Khieya and Mecievi Khieya in the 4th and 53rd minute respectively.
Baptist Mission School Jotsoma defeated Mezhiir Higher Secondary School 2 – 1 in the second match of the day. Mezhiir HSS took 1-0 lead till the first haft through Peteneizo.
The equalizer for Baptist Mission School came through Kedosie Nagi in the 47th minute who later scored the winning goal for the team in 66th minute.
The 3rd match played between Grace Higher Secondary School and Christ King Higher Secondary School has been declared null and void.
Riding on the only goal of the match scored by skipper Ruovizhalie (10) through a free-kick in 44th minute, Christ King HSS took the lead till the final whistle.
However, in consequences to the violation of Bye-laws of the tournament by Christ King HSS, the tournament committee have decided to allow the team from Grace HSS to proceed to the next round of play.
