Noted State Chess player, Mughaho Awomi has been duly conferred as National Instructor, a Diploma equivalent to National Institute of Sports by All India Chess Federation (AICF) and World Chess Federation (FIDE). Mughaho has represented India at international level on various occasions. Some of his achievements include: Champion of A2H 12th All India FIDE Rating Chess Tournament at Hyderabad 2014; Champion of All India FIDE Rating Chess Tournament 2011 at Jammu; Champion of 3rd Delhi Chess Challenge FIDE Rating Tournament 2010 at Delhi; Three-time Runner up in FIDE Rating Chess Tournament during the years 2012, 2013 and 2015 and also succeeded in the test (exam). Mughaho will be awarded a FIDE Arbiter norm after approval of Presidential Board (World Chess Federation).
