Students of Salesian College donate blood

Dimapur, February 22 (MExN): A voluntary blood donation camp was held at Salesian College of Higher Education on February 21. It was organised by Red Ribbon Club under the guidance and initiative of Avibou Nagi and Kevirienuo Angela, co-ordinators; Michael Minz, president and Chinaopem Awungshi, secretary of the club.


The event took place at the college auditorium where, Dr Temsu Lemter Ao along with eight members from Civil Hospital, Dimapur were present, stated a press release from Pfolibo Samuel and Haina.


Thirty-eight students came forward to donate blood, where among them were few who donated for the first time.
The students expressed happiness and contentment for opportunity to share their blood for a noble cause.
