Kolkata, September 27 (MExN): The Naga Students’ Union Kolkata (NSUK) recently held its 58th Freshers’ Social with the theme ‘A New Chapter. A New Beginning,’ at Circular Road Baptist Chapel, Kolkata.
The event proceeded with the Presidential Address by Churong L Longkumer. It was graced by Dr Moasunep Kichu, Producer-II at EMRC, a UGC Media Centre under Government of India based at St Xavier’s College, Kolkata, as the guest. Dr Kichu shared his thoughts and words of encouragement with the gathering, particularly the freshers as they begin a new chapter of their lives.
The programme continued with a prayer for the freshers, led by Tsomongthe, Pastor of NCFK. The event concluded with the declaration of Mr and Ms Fresher.
