‘Aboi Organic Greens’ home delivery service launched

Aboi, April 14 (MExN): The Administration of Aboi in collaboration with Nagaland State Rural Livelihoods Mission and Aboi Town Baptist Church Youth (ATBCY) has introduced home delivery of local organic products (green vegetables and fruits) under the brand name of ‘Aboi Organic Greens.’

Additional Deputy Commissioner, Aboi Ajit Kumar Ranjan, IAS informed that all green vegetables and fruits will be sourced from the NSRLM SHGs of Langmeing, Chaoha and Chinglong Villages. 

“With the current situation of the COVID-19 lockdown, farmers do not have access to market which results in the damage of perishable organic green vegetables and fruits adversely affecting their daily income. This initiative shall provide market for them and help protect their livelihoods,” the ADC stated.
