DIMAPUR, APRIL 26 (MExN): The Assam Rifles apprehended two cadres of the Yung Aung-led NSCN (K) near Yoching in Mon District of Nagaland on April 25. A press release from the PRO, Assam Rifles informed that troops Assam Rifles and Indian Army launched a joint operation in the area and apprehended two cadres identified as Sgt Kabato Sema and Sgt Lokivi Sema. The troops also recovered one Point 32mm pistol, 10 Point 32 mm live rounds and Rs 25,000 in cash during the operation, it said. The apprehended persons along with recovered items have been handed over to Mon Police Station for further investigations, it added.
