Dimapur, December 22 (MExN): Bethesda Assembly of God Church (BAGC), Dimapur organized the first Advent Christmas prayer and dinner fellowship with ordained ministers and their spouses on December 19 under the theme ‘Good tidings of great joy’ at Bethesda Hr Sec School, Dimapur.
A press release from BAGC stated that Rev Vitoshe Swu, President, Dimapur Baptist Pastors Fellowship, Rev Dr CP Anto, Director, Peace Channel, Rev Dr N Papino Angami, President, Nagaland Revival Churches and Rev Tusaya Kath, Superintendent, Assemblies of God Churches brought the message and word of encouragement on the significant of the Christmas which was a great blessing to all the participants.
BAGC children, youth and elders presented special songs with a melodious song Hallelujah presented by the youth. Youth Alive also presented message in action on the significant day of Christmas.
Earlier, Rev Moses Murry, Sr pastor BAGC pronounced the welcome address and invoked God’s blessings upon the program. He also stated that they have been praying for last three years to bring all the ordained ministers and their spouses and the Lord has answered their prayer to see the reality and thank the Lord. He encouraged that Jesus came into this world and died and resurrected to bring all the people of this world to Himself and to give us eternal life. He also thanked all the speakers and participants for their valuable presence which has made the program a grand success.
Rev. Dr Nzan Odyuo, Director Crown Theological and Music College, pronounced the benediction and blessings upon the Christmas feast. All the participants have been richly blessed.
