Kohima, January 13 (MExN): The Chokri Area Baptist Youth Fellowship (CABYF) is all set to celebrate 50 year of its existence from January 15 to 17 at Thenyizu village under Phek district with the theme ‘Proclaim liberty in Christ.’
The main speaker of the celebration will include; Rev P Bonny Resü, Lead Pastor, Chakhesang Baptist Church, Dimapur, Rev Dr Sülüveyi Rhakho, Director, Harvest Ministries International and Rev. Dr. Chekrovei Cho-o, Professor of Applied Theology, Oriental Theological Seminary, Bade, Dimapur.
Colo Mero, Director, Life Ministries will be the resource person for the workshop on the topic “A Ministerial Challenge: Faith in Action.”
Greetings will be shared by Mülüvoyi Nienu, Youth Secretary CBCC, Rev Vevotso Theluo, Chairman CABCC and Vemucho Chüzho, President JCBKK.
The three-day celebration will be marked by series of competition like- quartet, solo, group indigenous, theme song and Bible quiz.
The opening ceremony will take place at 4:00 PM on January 15.
Rev Vevotso Theluo will lead flag hoisting while Rev P Bonny Resü will unveil the 50th anniversary monolith.
All the delegates have been requested to wear mask and maintain SOP.
