
Shops and bakeries in Kohima to open from 7am to 12noon
Kohima, April 4 (MExN): All grocery shops and bakeries within Kohima Municipal Area are directed to open to general public from 7:00 am to 12:00 noon only. Deputy Commissioner Kohima, Gregory Thejawelie, NCS has directed the general public is also directed to visit only the nearest grocery shops and bakeries within their respective wards/colonies so as to insure public safety. The DC Kohima informed that this order will come into force with immediate effect.
Fair Price Shops in Dimapur To open from 7am to 4pm
Dimapur, April 4 (MExN): Dimapur Anoop Khinchi in an official letter addressed to ADS, Food & Civil Supplies, Dimapur, informed the re-opening of Fair Price Shops in Dimapur with effect from April 6 from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. DC further requested the ADS to direct the FPS to maintain social distancing of atleast one metre at all times.
NSDC appeals to dental surgeons
Dimapur, April 4 (MExN): In the wake of the pandemic emergency due to Covid-19 outbreak, forcing us to face extraordinary time, the Nagaland State Dental Council (NSDC) has fervently appealed to all the registered dental surgeons to offer help on voluntary mode in this hour of need. For better coordination to mitigate the crisis and to contain and prevent the spread of Covid-19 infection in the state, all the names of the registered Dental Surgeons within the state with respective Districts station address have been disseminated to the Department of Health & Family Welfare for the preparation of Covid-19 management strategy, Dr H Hotokhu Chishi, President, NSDC stated in a press release. “Therefore, I appeal to all to be vigilant and be readily prepared to respond to the voluntary call of service to humanity,” he added.
