Dimapur, April 4 (MExN): The Dimapur District Autorickshaw Driver’s Union (DDADU) today appealed the Deputy Commissioner Dimapur to provide every possible assistance to the Auto drivers at the earliest. Since the lockdown in Dimapur and further total lockdown in Dimapur, the Auto drivers are facing untold problems as their source of livelihood have been stopped, implied a press release from DDADU President, Tito Yepthomi. They are running their families out of the earning from driving autos day and night, said the release addressed to DC Dimapur, adding “as of now it has become near to impossible to run their families concerned.” Upto now the DDADU has been giving a helping hand to the Auto Driver's family and the public around Dimapur District, however, DC Dimapur is requested to to provide every possible assistance to the Auto drivers at the earliest, it added.
