Wokha, April 17 (MExN): ADC & Administrator Wokha Town Council, Wokha, K Mhathung Tsanglao, has informed that to avoid over-crowding in the market area and to enable the villages to sell local vegetables and agricultural products within the jurisdiction of Wokha Town Council, the following location against which villages have been indicated are permitted to sell their products at the designated location.
NST Area, both side of the NH-Wokha/New Wokha village, Humtso and Elumyo village, Public ground- Nyiro & Chukitong range, WTC market complex and PWD-Longsa village, Forest-GHSS road junction-Longsa village and Hospital-Jail road junction-Pongitong, Tsungza, Khumtsu, Merayan, Totsu and L. Yanthung Villages.
Public are informed to make purchase at the nearest designated vegetable market and also directed to strictly maintain social distancing while shopping. The market will remain operate on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM till the lockdown period is complete.
