Eastern Sumi Hoho appeals  members to cooperate

Kiphire, April 18 (MExN): The Eastern Sumi Hoho in a press release requested it members who are currently outside Kiphire district to avoid travelling back home till the ongoing lockdown is lifted. It also appealed to all its members to strictly abide by the rules laid down by the District Administration and said that “any breach of this advisory by any individual would be treated as an affront in its fight against COVID-19.” With the extension of the lockdown to May 3, ESH appealed its members to continue participating in the fight against the pandemic by adhering to all the guidelines. Further, the ESH observed the possibility of shortage of essential commodities in the district considering its geographical location and urged the Department of Food and Civil Supplies and other allied departments and agencies to ensure that supply of commodities to the district are regular.  The ESH acknowledged the Kiphire Deputy Commissioner and her team, law enforcement agencies, Medical Staff and front line workers for their services in spite of limited equipment in the district.
