Eleutheros Christian Society (ECS) staff members are seen here setting up a quarantine centre at the Badminton Stadium, Sao Chang College in Tuensang. They are setting up two Quarantine Centres at two locations: Sao Chang College and Polytechnic Sedem. They will initially have 30 beds each. This will be increased up to 50 beds in a few days time with separate male & female wards with nursing facilities & a kitchen. The beds, beddings and all accessories will be provided by the District Administration. The Police, Tribal bodies, Students, Churches, Chamber of Commerce, Army and all public have been working as a great team. Since the COVID 19 pandemic was declared by the World Health Organizations (WHO) on March 11, 2020 many voluntary groups, communities and social organizations have taken pro-active preventive measures, as well as preparatory steps in Nagaland.
