Kohima, December 30 (MExN): “Excellence alone can bring about sustenance and stability in this competitive world,” stated Zaveyi Kezo, State Secretary, BJP Nagaland while addressing the 58th general session of Pholami Students’ Union (PSU) at Pholami village under Phek district on December 30.
Addressing the students as the special guest, Kezo called upon the students’ community to focus on preserving our traditional values, and not be carried away by westernized cultures which often proved disastrous in the long run.
While advising the students to make the most of modern technology, he also cautioned them to refrain from abusing and misusing technology.
He gave a clarion call to the students to excel and go beyond and stated, “The only way forward is to be humble, honest and hardworking, while not forgetting our roots - from where we come from.”
He congratulated Batsolu Medeo for securing the top 12th rank in HSLC, Er Shede Swuro and Er Vehiivo Nakro for their exceptional accomplishment in securing the posts of SDO (Class-I Gazetted) PWD. ENPO former president and state BJP executive member Y .P Chillio also exhorted the students.
Former wrestling champion Vecita Khesoh and PA to Minister of PHED Keve Nuh were also part of the entourage.
