Health workers conduct various COVID-19 activities under Phek dist

Phek, April 20 (MExN): To combat COVID-19, the frontline workers under Phek district are conducting various activities in the district.

Accredited Social Health Activist (ASHA), the key personnel in reaching out to large group plays an important role in sensitizing the community on COVID-19 through house to house visit and disseminating the importance of social distancing, hand washing, personal hygiene/cough etiquette through demonstration, Kutolu Nakro, District Media Officer NHM Phek stated in a press release. 

The Mobile Medical Unit team (MMU) and School Health Program (SHP) team have also doing house visits of all colonies of Phek Town for screening of people who are under home quarantine. This activity is carried out even at the block level.
