IG IGAR (N) visits CHC Changtongya

Changtongya, April 19 (MExN): Inspector General IGAR (N) Major General Viresh Pratap Singh Kaushik visited the Community Health Center Changtongya on April 19 and reviewed the preparedness status of the CHC.

According to a DIPR report, the visit was initiated by Imnatiba, Advisor for Industries & Commerce, Labour & Employment, Skill Development & Entrepreneurship.

During his visit, the General Officer reviewed the preparedness of CHC Changtongya in the fight against the pandemic COVID-19 and also visited the isolation ward and interacted with the doctors, nurses, OC Police and SDO (C).

Encouraging the workforce to be prepared for any eventuality, he also donated essential items to the CHC for setting up a Quarantine facilities, the DIPR stated. He further assured for the construction of public toilet at CHC Changtongya.

He was accompanied by CDR 7, Sec Brig. S.K Sheron SM YSM, CO 23AR Mokokchung BN, Col Raj Kumar Bishnoi and OC Tuli post Capt. Jephin Jose, the report stated.
