Kohima, April 17 (MExN): As per the decision taken during the Kohima District Task Force for COVID-19 meeting held on April 11 last, the core committee on essential commodities and water has been constituted to monitor the distribution of essential commodities/water in the municipal areas of Kohima district during the lockdown period with immediate effect.

Convenor: Shaying Sheu- SDO (C) Dev. Kohima; Members- ADS Food & Civil Supplies Kohima, Zhatuo Rutsa, President KCC(I); Kikruselie Pienyu- Chief Inspector Kohima Municipal Council; Neibalie Kiewhuo- President AKMWP; and representatives from AYO, ASU and KVYO.
Water Core Committee
Convenor: Longasen Lotha, SDO (C) Sadar Kohima; Members- Er. Vikienyii, EE, PHED Kohima, Zakie Kiso, office secretary KMC, Neibalie Kiewhuo- president AKMWP and representatives from AYO, ASU and KVYO. This was stated in an order issued by Kohima DC Thejawelie Gregory.
