Kohima, April 21 (MExN): Kohima Deputy Commissioner Gregory Thejawelie today notified that “all unauthorized and unwanted loitering, roaming of persons during odd hours” are strictly prohibited in all the wards/colonies and villages in the district. The DC’s notice stated that there have been “numerous instances where theft and robbery of livestock and agri products” were reported and as such, “any person caught engaged in fraudulent unwanted activities” will be booked as per relevant sections of IPC and Disaster Management Act 2005.
