Dimapur, January 7 (MExN): Naga Bowl Express Restaurant, Dimapur has won the ‘Most Admired Traditional Naga Cuisine Restaurant in Nagaland’ title awarded by the Merit Awards and Market Research Private Limited which recognizes excellence and showcases the outstanding work of food and hospitality professionals in India.
According to a press release received here on Thursday, the India’s Most Prominent Food & Hospitality Awards 2020 ceremony was virtually conducted on November 21, 2020.
Celebrating the award with a small thanksgiving programme on January 7, proprietor Alemjungla Jamir thanked team at Naga Bowl for their unwavering dedication, as well as customers and well wishers for their support throughout the two year journey of Naga Bowl Express.
Pastor of Dimapur Ao Baptist Arogo, Rev Lima Jamir who graced the event, said that it was a proud moment for the Nagas as Naga cuisine is being recognised at the national level through the sheer dedication of the proprietor who took every opportunity to showcase and promote Naga food on all platforms.
Some of the juries and judges for the award included Indian celebrity chef, entrepreneur and television personality Sanjeev Kapoor, Chef Vicky Ratnani and Chef Kunal Kapoor.
