People living in border areas along Dimapur-Karbi Anglong (Assam) withdraw cash from mobile ATM at a border on April 15. The facility was extended after a team of Special Committee Covid-19 Dimapur including Y Kikheto Sema & Liremo Lotha visited border areas on April 14 when the residents expressed problems about availing cash even if buying of essential commodities are facilitated. The mobile ATM was stationed at Nagaland border near Ao Khel/Mon Bosti and security was led by OC West Police Station, Dimapur, Among Jamir. Social distancing was strictly maintained. People living in Assam side such as Mon Bosti, Chotu Lengri, Bor Lengri have been suffering miserably due to the lockdown as they have been barred from entering Nagaland and neither do they get assistance from Assam government.
