PM will inaugurate Indian Science Congress, National Sports University
New Delhi, March 15 (MExN): The Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi will arrive at Manipur’s capital Imphal on Friday, where he will inaugurate the 105th session of the Indian Science Congress in Imphal.
According to a PIB release from Prime Minister's Office, Modi will deliver the inaugural address at Science Congress, at Manipur University in Imphal. Imphal will become the second city in the North-East, after Shillong in 2009, to host this prestigious event.
At the Luwangpokpa Multi Sports Complex in Luwangsangbam, the Prime Minister will lay the foundation stone of the National Sports University; 1000 Anganwadi Centres; 19 residential complexes for teachers, doctors and nurses, and other development projects, the release said.
