Mopungchuket Tourism partially reopens

Mokokchung, January 13 (MExN): The Mopungchuket Community Tourism Society (MCTS) has announced that Mopungchuket Tourism is now partially reopening after remaining closed since March 2019 in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak.

As part of the partial reopening, Süngkotenem Park will remain open from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm to visitors all days of the week except of Sundays, informed a press release issued by Aridong Aier, Secretary, MCTS.

“Visitors are required to follow COVID-19 safety protocols. All other sites of tourist interest in the village will remain closed for the time being until further notice,” the MCTS added.
