MSK Mokokchung conducts various competitions 

Mokokchung, December 15 (MExN): The District Administration and District Level Centre for Women- Mahila Shakti Kendra (MSK) under the banner of Beti Bachao Beti Padhao (BBBP) Mokokchung organized several activities on account of the 16 Days of activism against Gender based Violence basing on the theme “Orange the World: Fund, Respond, Prevent, Collect!” from November 25 to December 10 . 

The activities conducted were painting competition, sketch competition, poetry and slogan writing competition, informed a press release issued by Moamenla Longkumer, Women Welfare Officer, District Administration.

In the painting competition, Longmuso Jamir bagged the 1st position while Temsupong Imsong and Limasenla Jamir bagged the 2nd and 3rd position. The winners of the sketch competition were Imnichitla Jamir (1st), Longmuso Jamir (2nd) and Impongtsung Aier & Tsungsanger Jamir (3rd). 

Akumsunep Longchar bagged the 1st prize in the slogan writing competition while Imolemla and Merensashi R Jamir bagged the 2nd and 3rd position respectively. 

In the poetry competition, Tiarenla Jamir bagged the 1st position, Sunepjungla walling the 2nd position and Temjennaro got the 3rd position. All the winners were awarded with cash prizes and certificates while the rest of the participants with certificates and gift hampers.

Apart from these competitions other activities such as pamphlet distribution, signature campaign, put up of hoardings were organized in and around Mokokchung town.
