
Kohima, April 15 (MExN): The Nagaland Government today warned cautioned leaking confidential data on social media and said that action would be taken without “any warning” against offenders.
“It has been observed that various confidential data related to COVID-19 have been leaked to social media by unscrupulous persons. Therefore, such offenders will henceforth, be taken action against without any warning,” State DIPR reported.
“With the powers conferred by the Nagaland Epidemic Disease (COVID- 19) Regulations, 2020; it is a punishable offence to reveal the identity of the COVID-19 affected person(s),” it added.
