Chümoukedima, July 28 (MExN): As part of its commitment to global academic collaboration and excellence in education, Mount Mary College, Chümoukedima has signed Memorandum of Understandings (MoUs) with international institutions during the 11th International Youth Fellowship event held in South Korea from July 6 to 13 last.
A press release received here stated that the MoUs have been formalised with the following institutions: Gimcheon University, Gimcheon, South Korea; Philippine Christian University, Manila, Philippines; Universitas Kristen Indonesia, Jakarta, Indonesia; and Komenda College of Education, Ghana.

In addition, a separate MoU has been signed with the International Youth Fellowship (IYF), South Korea, marking a significant partnership to promote both educational exchange like, Korean Language Class, Calligraphy, Taekwondo, Mind Lecture, and more. A noteworthy highlight of this MoU is the provision of free scholarships for students to pursue higher education in South Korea, opening new avenues for international academic advancement.
These partnerships aim to facilitate: Student and faculty exchange programmes; Language and cultural exchange initiatives; Joint academic seminars, conferences, and research projects; Curriculum development and pedagogical innovation; and Mind Education programmes.

The release stated that these international collaborations are aligned with Mount Mary College’s vision of creating a dynamic academic environment that equips students with global competencies and cross-cultural understanding. The introduction of Mind Education through the MoU with IYF will further enhance the personal and ethical development of students, preparing them to face life’s challenges with resilience and purpose.
